  36. Send packet logs from both ends to us at kermit-support@columbia.edu.  My
  37. guess is that the file was indeed transferred 100%, but the connection is
  38. closed or otherwise clobbered before the last couple "bureaucratic" packets
  39. are successfully exchanged ("I'm done", "OK I know you're done" "OK now I 
  40. know that you know I'm done", etc).
